But wait, a silver medal is second position on the podium, isn’t it ?????

So since when we started celebrating being #2 ?????

All along in life, we are being taught to be the #1 in whatever we do…..

However, being #2 is more important than being #1…..

The beauty lies in the fact that someone is #1 just beacuse a #2 exists…..

If #2 ceases to exist, the romance of being #1 will just extinguish…..

#2 shifts the burden of expectations and brings about a balance in whole scheme of things…..

#2 is the only motivation in the entire cosmos for the #1…..

#2 ensures that no matter what happens the rigor in the entire arrangement remains alive…..

Absence of #2 in art makes it boring, the connoisseur of the art will have to be content with mediocre performances if #2 does not exist…..

#2 in a corporate world will always be more important than anything else because he/she holds the key to the future…..

Absence of #2 in poilitics will turn the chieftain into a potentate and finally into a tyrant…..

India badly needs a #2 on its political horizon now, very badly…..

Let us all strive to be the #2 and a pretty effecive and efficient #2…..

The #1 will always badly need that elusive, effective and efficient # 2…..
